What's on - for carers

d99dea28632d30761d82d8bdb594bb46.jpg

When you're caring for someone with dementia, it is very easy to ignore your own needs and to forget to look after yourself too.

We understand the benefits of taking a break to help yourself, even if it's only a few hours a month. The time you take to take care of yourself could have a real impact on your own health and wellbeing. We know that caring for someone means that you're often busy making sure that your loved one has the correct support but it is just as important that you get some support too.

There are services and activities that you can be a part of together, but here are some activities just for the carers.
